Through SGI and Hero moto corp Initiative we planted 14 lakh fruit bearing trees near Hindon river. This initiative was implemented by Disha Sewa Sansthan with the help of small farmers. The objective of this plantation was to get nutrition to kids, through fruits produced from these trees. These fruits can also be used for further processing into jams, jellies, marmalades by local population for sale.
